Poem from the Past: In the Midst of All Things

I am the moon
Big and round
and bright
a pearl of great
worth in the
Velvet dark
and I
recall her
 humble countenance
reflecting the
Light of the very
        Sun who
shines like
Love upon her
     Alabaster face.
