Hiding in shadows
The child begs understanding
And dreams acceptance
He speaks with wisdom
Yet no one knows his meaning
They seek their own words
Following old ways
They see disability
His path diverges
The world is changing
He will comprehend its needs
They fear not knowing
Moving from shadow
The boy demands acceptance
He will not be changed
